I’m Laura K Seibel and I love health and fitness.
I’ve been active all my life, doing sports throughout middle and high school. I started my favorite type of exercise, lifting weights, in middle school gym class, and have been hooked for life.
I went to Virginia Tech which had amazing food and I indulged, telling myself that after college I would get it together and eat healthy. I followed through on that promise and came to actually love living a healthy lifestyle.
I met my husband, Derek, 10 years ago in college and we’ve been together ever since. After college we moved in together and so my lifestyle change began. He was an avid weight lifter in college and wanted to eat healthy in order to have a well rounded lifestyle. I’ve learned about lifting and healthy eating through a lot of research and from him. Having him as a partner in this has helped me eat healthier and stay motivated.
My goal is to add value to your life by helping you eat healthy and exercise in a way that keeps you intrigued and motivated. Everyone deserves to feel confident about themselves and be happy in the skin they’re in. I’m here to help you achieve that.
